Not so long ago I went through my first heartbreak and it took a toll on my mental health, a lot worse than I could have ever imagined. I decided to start a blog to write about my experience and how I managed to get through it. Hopefully, if you've stumbled across this then it could help you in one way. I fully understand that everyone deals with heartbreak differently, some people can just cope with it and get over it pretty quickly while others, such as myself, struggle with the whole thing and it could take weeks, months or even years to feel like yourself again. In this whole blog I will be writing about a variety of things from coping mechanisms and how to build yourself again to my own personal experience to show you that how you're feeling is okay and that you're not alone no matter how low and lonely you may feel right now. I hope that by reading my blog, it will make you feel less alone.
